Our Story
Founder, Johnitta Medina, lovingly known as Momma Jah has been a curator of flavor for over 3 decades. 9 years ago, she chose to learn more about health and nutrition which lead to a whole food plant-based approach to life
Utilizing a lifetime of culinary experience, Momma Jah transferred those skills and the flavors of her cultures to push the needle for Soul food that is in fact good for your heart and soul.
During the Pandemic Johnitta chose to share her talents with the larger community which led to the development of Momma Jah’s as a business.
Momma Jah’s Adobo became our signature product while catering for the non-profits of Denver and beyond became our signature service
